In this work, the sol-gel method was used to produce and characterize soft CoFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles. FT-IR, SEM, XRD, and other techniques were used to characterize the produced nanoparticles. The samples' cubic structure was verified by XRD, and their mean crystallite sizes were 28.41 nm and 14.64 nm, respectively. SEM and EDAX spectra were used to examine the produced particles' morphology and quantitative analysis. The existence of functional groups was investigated using the FTIR. Lastly, a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) was used to study the powders' magnetic characteristics at room temperature based on hysteresis loop observations. According to this analysis, when the degree of Fe substitution increases, the saturation magnetization values rise and the coercive field of CoFe2O4 nanoparticles falls.

Feature selection techniques were employed to identify the most relevant predictors contributing to the occurrence of heart attacks. The dataset was pre- processed to handle missing values, normalize features, and mitigate class imbalance issues.A feedforward neural network architecture was chosen for its ability to handle complex nonlinear relationships within the data. The neural network model was trained using a subset of the data and validated using k-fold cross-validation to assess its generalization performance. Various hyperparameters such as the number of hidden layers, neurons per layer, and activation functions were fine-tuned using grid search and randomized search techniques to optimize model performance.The results demonstrate that the neural network model achieved high accuracy and AUC-ROC score in predicting heart attacks, outperforming traditional risk prediction models. The model exhibited robustness across different evaluation metrics and demonstrated good calibration and clinical utility.

The proposed methodology comprises several stages. Firstly, preprocessing techniques are applied to enhance the quality of input images into RBG. Subsequently,Gray LevelCooccurrence Matrix (GLCM) features are extracted from the preprocessed images and converted into binary representations to capture texture information effectively. These binary GLCM features are then fed into a CNN-based classification algorithm. The CNN model is trained on a large dataset of annotated skin lesion images, allowing it to learn discriminative features indicative of malignant or benign characteristics. The trained CNN model is capable of classifying unseen skin lesion images accurately. The proposed approach offers several advantages, including automation, which reduces the dependence on manual inspection by dermatologists, thereby potentially increasing the efficiency and accuracy of skin cancer diagnosis. Moreover, by integrating both preprocessing techniques and advanced classification algorithms, the proposed system demonstrates robustness and effectiveness in detecting skin cancer lesions across diverse datasets. Experimental results on benchmark datasets demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed approach, achieving high accuracy rates in distinguishingbetween malignantandbenign skinlesions.
